loud and pricey, not so great

weak current unstable water temperature

the shower was awful. the water pressure was weak, and temperature fluctuated constantly. getting clean seemed like a chore. also, the resort was too noisy. music played until 2 am, and it was hard to sleep, it really was.

The staff was super accommodating. They decorated the room for us since we were on our honeymoon. The room had a lovely vibe. The pool was excellent too.

Lively Stay with Beach Vibes

excellent location clean room great pool

The location was excellent if you like active nightlife plus quick access to shops! Restaurants were also on the main road. Ark Bar became the starting point for my evenings out. The hotel rooms were really clean, and everything needed for a comfortable stay was supplied! The pool was great.

The hotel had a beachside restaurant with a wide variety of Thai and international dishes. It offered both buffet and à la carte options. Breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes and the service was attentive.

I found the staff very lovely and responsive. They were always ready to assist with requests, from arranging transportation to providing local information. The front desk staff was particularly helpful with check-in and check-out processes.
